1. Need to start running in the morning more - Nice 3 mile run with Steel 2. I think a Cafe Latte is my new favorite drink. Too bad it's best with whole milk... 3. Even at home, lunch requires Central Market's turkey, fruit (today was banana and grapes) and carrots (Steel loves when I sneak him some) 4.
