Yep, only 6 days, 5 hours and 2 minutes.... I'm not counting at all. :o) Still needing to pack, yup that's on the to do list.. I've gotten requests to share our (or my) crazy detailed itinerary. I plan on doing so in more detail when we get back. For now, here is a map actually showing where we are headed!
We might not come back if it wasn't for our pups!

2012
Yes, I know, I have been horrible about posting lately - sorry about that. I honestly have just been too busy. 2013 has been pretty stinkin' great so far, but before I start posting what I've been up to...
Here is the best of 2012 from the Walkers (aka our annual card):

Bon Voyage!
I'm dying to go to Europe. We haven't booked our flights yet, but
the planning has begun, and it can't get here soon enough! The hardest
part is picking where to go and see while we are there. We are going to
go for 3 weeks and celebrate 5 wonderful years together in early 2013.
Here is what we are thinking:
London >> Brussels >> Amsterdam >> Munich >> Prague >> Venice >> Florence >> Rome >> Paris
SO.... If you've been, tell me your favorite places. What food/cafes/towns/cities/tours/etc did you love?

Holy Smokes
Where has the time gone? How in the world is October already over??? How are there only 10 days until Thanksgiving??
So
I know I have been MIA for the past month, but sometimes I'm too busy
living life to sit down and write about it. Not a bad thing, I'd say!
What have I been up to? Here are all the random, amazing, wonderful
things I've been doing this past month:
<< Pulled up carpet & tile in the house and painted cement >>
<< Finished painting the front of our house, minus the garage & front door >>
<< Flew out to San Francisco to visit our besties >>
<< Ran a half marathon up those ridiculous hills (they should be called mountains) and beat my previous time >>
<< Got a Tiffany's necklace from a local fireman in a tux for completing the race >>
<< Shopped and walked around the city about a dozen times with the hubby >>
<< Spent one afternoon just sitting on a bench, enjoying the day and make up stories about those around us >>
<< Flew back to Austin, cleaned up the house for those same besties to visit us in Austin >>
<< Drove out to the hill country to visit some local wineries >>
<< Celebrated all things birthday, friends, and played some great card games while they were here >>
<< Experiences the City Wide garage sale >>
<< Took a huge relaxing breath on our birthdays and celebrated with dinner & drinks >>
<< Drove out to Hunt, Texas and celebrated a friends wedding by the Guadalupe River >>
<< Bought some pretty new rugs to help with the new floors >>
<<
Found out or stove top was shocking you if you touched the metal knob,
so we bought a full new gas range and installed it ourselves >>
<< Hosted my friend's baby shower for her new baby girl due in January >>
